- How Does It Work
Please present hard voucher at a City Cruises ticket booth at Westminster, Tower or Greenwich pier. This voucher will be exchanged for a City Cruises Ticket. Please note: customers cannot exchange vouchers at London Eye Pier as there is no ticket office there.
We recommend you arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the departure time.
